I’m not surprised that they did not get an answer. They’re in no hurry to jump into this.
Besides the administration is too busy fighting the ACLU in court on other issues using ‘national security’ and other questionable arguments on illegal detentions, illegal wiretapping, prosecuting torturers, habeas corpus violations, renditions, TSA abuse. Oh and subpoena against anyone who supports Wikileaks.
