		<description>I know it is always hard to talk about Africa as a whole, but in this area, does South Africa not stand out as an exception?  With the relativly new constitution, they tend to have some of the most liberal laws in the world.



 



That said, the post is pretty solid.  Living in Kenya, on the heels of attacks on churches inspired by the attacks that sow social unrest in Nigeria, it is all too familiar...</description>
