Uh oh, she’s saying words again
This is maddening to watch, along many axes – but the most maddening to me is the way Trump shouts Pelosi down seconds after she starts talking, every time, along with slapping his hand at her in the “shut up I want to do all the talking” signal*…while he sits sullenly still and quiet while Schumer talks. His feels of dominance toward her and submission toward Shumer are painfully, infuriatingly obvious.
*Updating: found a picture of the shut up gesture at Pelosi.
How dare a woman talk? Unless she is praising Trump for his manly manliness, of course. Women talking…what will happen to this old world next?

And also the boorish, mind-numb insistence that he ‘has the votes if he wants them’ because he has to brag about his amazing dealmaking and charisma, but also ‘there’s no point because we would need 10 Dem votes.’
And then at 4:55, Chuck says “you’re bragging about what has been done-”
“By us.”
Notice that he’d just been told that nothing about the wall has been done that was not already in place, and yet he inserts a brag all the same. What an empty shell it is that sits atop his neck. He brags on pure reflex, with no thought required.
“We caught ten terrorists over the last short period of time” uh, ok.
@3, I suspect he means Central American children trying to enter as refugees. Easy mistake to make.
