Fun fact: lots of things do not mean there is a coherent binary thing called “biological sex,” in fact pretty much all things do not mean that except the nine words “there is a coherent binary thing called ‘biological sex.'” BUT – and this is important – that fun fact in turn does not mean that Chase Strangio has successfully established that there is no such thing as biological sex. Chase Strangio is just talking, just blowing hot air, just parroting the fatuous pseudo-technical claims that trans ideology has been shaping on its wheel for several years. It’s just self-important jargon, and it means nothing.
Don’t go to Chase Strangio if you’re looking for informed discussion of what we mean by “gender.”
Chase Strangio can have aspects of his personality and appearance which fit under social ideas of both “masculine” and “feminine,” yes — and this says nothing at all about biological sex or sexual dimorphism. He’s conflating sex with gender.

When I went to school, I was taught that ‘gender’ applied to words and grammar as studied in English or other language class, while ‘sex’ was studied in biology. As far as I am concerned, that is the way it should be. Humans are monoecious, while members of some other species are dioecious, having both of the two possible types of sex organs on the one body, as in say sweet peas.
Using ‘gender’ when the speaker is referring to ‘sex’ can only muddy the waters. Perhaps intentionally.

Is true, but Chase has the cart before the mule. That there is a coherent thing called “biological sex” is the cause of there being typical notions of there being embodied maleness and femaleness. There are two distinct body types, therefore it is popularly believed that there are two distinct body types.

Blair White is one of those trans people that TRAs resent, as she stands as direct evidence that ‘the trans community’ is not in agreement about trans theory.
Fun fact: Actual things that actually exist in the actual world neither require nor respond to reification. The only things that can be reified are those that are fictions or metaphors. Biological sex, the division of members of a species into producers of specialized gametes, that is a brute physical fact of the world that does supervene on conscious minds’ apprehending or misapprehending the state of affairs.
