Third one. It’s not being a not-decent human being to want to know the sex of the person who wants to have sex with you. Other way around, actually – the not-decent thing is to keep what sex you are a secret.
Fourth one. No, creep, you’re the jerk – you’re the one trying to trick or bully a lesbian into having sex with you when she doesn’t want to.
If a MiM said any of these things to a lesbian, I wonder what the reaction of TRAs would be. Probably simply “Ah well, yes, I’m sure it sucks to be a lesbian, but come on, you’ve got cis privilege, so you should shut up and not make things about you.”
(MiM = Male-identified Male. Although maybe that’s adopting the “identity” language too much. A man that doesn’t claim to be a woman? You know what I mean.)

Funny thing, anyone thinking your own body is about anyone but you. My body is about me; it is me (well, actually, my brain is me, and my body is the meat that carries it around and provides for its needs, but same thing).
Check your privilege, cissy. You had the good fortune to be born in the right body. Can you imagine what it would have been like to have been born in a body that doesn’t provide your brain’s needs? Now maybe you’ll understand what trans people go through every second of every day!
The second panel: It’s apparently OK for this TIM to say he’s not into dick, but it’s not OK for a lesbian to say that. Hypocrite, misogynist, both? What would this TIM say if he found out the “lesbian” he was dating was also a TIM?
I wondered about that. I think it’s actually meant to be a(n extremely lame) comeback: “Haha, you’re a dick (=unpleasant person), so I’m not into you.” But I’m not sure. Maybe it means: “That’s OK, I don’t like my penis, either, so you don’t have to like it, as long as you let me thrust it inside you.”
There’s a bit of grim irony here. TRAs are always howling about all the trans women who are murdered. I don’t know what the stats are, but one of the documented scenarios where this happens is trans women who seek sex with straight cis men. At some point the cis man realizes he’s having sex with another man, and goes ballistic, and kills the trans woman.
I didn’t read the headline of the cartoon before reading the exchanges in the four panels (is that what you call them?), and at once assumed this was a cartoon critical of the behaviour of a certain kind of male who claims to be a woman, feels no compunction about asserting the ‘rights’ that many males believe they possess, and then gets nasty when he is refused. The fact that the maker of the cartoon appears to believe that everybody who reads it is going to exclaim, ‘Right on, you really put those bitches down!’ amazes me.
Panel Two: in which a lesbian and a “trans lesbian” agree that neither is into dicks, which makes it clear to the “trans lesbian” that the lesbian is a transphobe but due to male privilege or trans privilege, the “trans lesbian” is apparently not, despite clearly rejecting all lesbian penises.

I guess it’s good and right for trans to have trans spaces, and to defend them. But no one else is allowed to do the same. (I know the argument is ‘trans are oppressed as no other group has been oppressed before, so it’s just for trans to have trans-only resources, but not just for any other resources to be barred to trans.’)
But trans women = women, trans men = men. So women = trans women, men = trans men?
Or are we using some kind of non-intuitionistic logic, now?

But he is straight. He’s as straight as they come, except that he’s got a fetish for dressing like a woman and trying to rape lesbians. Furthermore, this straight man is expressing homophobic panic. “Chasers” is substituting for “faggots.”
I think we may be misunderstanding guest’s point, which was supporting our position. Transgender people don’t like it when their subs are invaded, yet apparently feel they’re entitled to turn all female spaces into female + trans.
This whole problem of trans people aggressively demanding to be treated as the gender they identify with when it comes to sex — on pain of charges of transphobia and potential loss of friends and jobs — is currently getting the most pushback I’ve ever seen, getting out into mainstream audience. It’s called “SuperStraight” and started on TikTok. Transbians have been pressuring lesbians for sex for years, colonizing all their dating sites and spaces. They complain, nothing happens, except articles on how lesbians need to learn to appreciate “girldick.”Then TIFs who think they’re gay started getting threatening about the gay men who aren’t interested in “male pussy.” Gay men weren’t having it, but worried about the transphobia charges. Then TIMs started after straight men. If you’re turned off by the idea of sleeping with a transwoman you’re a bigot, they said.
Straight men not only didn’t buy it, they decided they didn’t give a shit about transphobia charges. It exploded into a movement which embraces gay, lesbians, bi, and straight women. And it’ uses all the trans tropes against them.
SuperStraight is an orientation which is different than “straight.” Straight people know TWAW and TMAM and will have sex with them. But SuperStraight are just attracted to the Not-Trans. It’s valid. They exist. Don’t shame them. Don’t be a SuperStraight phobe. And it’s LGBTQSS from now on. Funny as hell. But with a serious purpose. Humor can do what rational argument can’t.
I was about to post the link to the Reddit sub, but of course they just banned it. It’s no doubt in other forums, though.
The truly gratifying thing was seeing the support for the GC coming from new sources. Every group was backing up the other one.
Sastra, I’ve also been amused by the Supers. I also figured that once the TIMs started going after men the jig was up.

They really are desperate to break into the one area of sexuality that is by definition for females only. Aside from the obvious fetish aspect, it also looks to be a way of denying all women the right to their own sexuality plus there’s the attraction that acceptance as lesbians would be the ultimate validation of TWAW.
It’s hardly the case that there are no sexual opportunities for TiMs among other sexualities. There must be some straight women, bisexual women and men, gay men, even bi-curious men reluctant to actually sleep with other men but who might view a TiM as not-a-man for sexual purposes. With all of those potential bedfellows it speaks volumes that they are so determined to force their way into the one group that really doesn’t want or need men.

It may not just be a matter of validation and conquer. The explanation I’ve seen coming from lesbians is that a lot of the TIMs who say they’re lesbians are basically straight men coming out of porn. They’re autogynophiles who went from watching woman-on-woman action to getting turned on by imagining themselves as a woman, and from there realizing that this only turns them on because they ARE a woman, and a lesbian trapped in a man’s body.
So this colonization of lesbian sexuality may be in good part motivated by their sex drive. Libido is a powerful force, and in entitled males turns into a “it’s not rape if I think she’ll come to enjoy it as much as I do” mentality.

I agree that sexual fantasy and fetishism has the largest part to play, but the focus on the one sexuality closed to men adds another level or two, especially when there are women, straight or bisexual, who will take TiMs as sexual partners. For a man identifying as a woman, and a lesbian at that, what difference should the sexual orientation of a female sexual partner make? It looks to some extent that the conquering of an honest-to-goodness, actual lesbian is the holy grail for such men, because otherwise why not accept that there is one group that is out of their reach. It’s not as though there are physical differences between lesbians and other women.
The more one learns, the deeper one’s bafflement.
