Also not a woman. The “woman” in question is not a woman, he’s a man who said he’s a woman in order to get access to naked women and girls. Even if you believe every article of the trans dogma that guy is still not a woman.
And sadly, predatory men who like to do things like spy on or flash or grab or rape women in private spaces where no one will hear them scream – predatory men of that type are not rare. They’re far from being all men, obviously, but they’re not scarce.
Always always always the tender enlightened concern is for the man who claims to be a woman, never never never for the women he sexually harasses. Always the women are shrugged off or called names, while the male is wrapped in cashmere and given a brandy lollipop to suck.

That sums up her attitude rather nicely, doesn’t it, because the answer is “consent”.
Man pretends to be a woman *in order to* gain access to a women only space = predatory behavior. The indecent exposure charges were filed because the man has male genitalia, and therefore not a woman.

I bet college frats will be taking that as a form of their initiation rites, maybe already have. The guys will brag to their buddies (high school, college, or professional guys) about how they saw women naked and all they had to do was say yeah, I’m a chick.
Sastra @9: Yeah, they’re like Republicans. Use the state when it is what we want done (for instance, force women to carry babies to term, or force women to accept male bodies in the bathroom and every other female space) but reject the government when it seeks to control them (for instance, environmental regulations or keeping men out of women’s intimate spaces). In other words, my government is good, your government is bad.

I am happy to see the term “naivety” used here. I got red-lined comments in an English paper in high school because I used that term, which the teacher “corrected” to “naiveté”.

I’m confused again. What’s the form of the wrongdoing? Is it doing X, where X is some part of displaying a semi-engorged penis to women and girls, to which the former did not consent and the latter could not? Is it being identified as a predator? What makes being a predator wrong? Is it behaving in a predatory manner? What behavior is constitutive of a predatory manner? Is displaying a semi-engorged penis to women and girls predatory? Is it only predatory when a predator does it? How does a predator’s display differ from another male’s? How does impact on those women and girls differ? Is behavior predatory because of the nature of the behavior, or is it predatory because it is exhibited by a predator? Is someone a predator because of his behavior or because of an ineffable inner essence?
