I saw the news of the CPS “pack” via LGB Alliance, who have apparently read it (someone has a password).

The new CPS Guidance on “hate crime” in schools has been issued but only teachers and schools can request a password to receive it. Here’s an example of hate in the Guidance. Lesbians may not reject someone who asserts they are a trans woman. This is now officially “hate”: / 1of4

EXCUSE me? How are they defining “reject”?

This is just one example of undefined behaviour that can be classed as a hate incident if a victim or bystander asserts that it is so. The Guidance suggests that bullying trans kids is much worse than bullying kids for their race or disability because of “cruel innuendo”./3of4

They say rejecting someone is a hate crime (these are prosecutors, remember) and they don’t say what they mean by “rejecting.”

The bullies’ rejection, meaning things like you can’t sit at our table, should be prevented by school staff to the extent that they are able. Just plain choosing your friends or romantic prospects is not for the school to manage, let alone prosecutors.

It’s as if Stonewall has some kind of magic power to hypnotize people.

In short, they must have sex with anyone who claims to be a woman? But if they actually are a woman, they can still say no, so it’s still all about consent and okey dokey.

This is getting really, really bad.
