FYI, because this confused me for a bit — the reason some reports are saying that it’s 38 counts and some say 37 is that there are 38 counts in the indictment, but one of them is just against the other defendant (the valet who moved the boxes and lied to the government about it).

Here’s a bonus reaction for you: His lawyers have, once again, quit. I suspect it’s because they realized that the 38th indictment (against the aide) showed that Trump had been lying to them all along, and they decided that now was a good time to bail.
