Good news about Sarah Phillimore’s long-running resistance to Jolyon Maugham’s campaign to punish her.
There was never any compelling evidence for him to make his accusations, let alone publicise them widely, to do me harm.
I hope he will reflect, particularly in light of all he has said about the tragic death of Mr Arday.
I don’t think he knows how to reflect.
It will be interesting to see what Joly does next.
