Like, immediately after the meeting.
If Trump didn’t see McCabe making notes like a courtroom reporter, then no notes were made. Of course McCabe couldn’t make notes after the meetings because Trump has the best memory of all, and as even he cannot remember what he said two minutes previously, how in hell can McCabe make accurate notes an hour later. Impossible, in Trumps tiny mind.
