Importantly Wadwha was just discussing what you do to be more inclusive as an org. The language used terrified me. Talked of transphobic views surrounding us in society so Wadwha knows those views have been absorbed …
“We have to acknowledge those views in our organisations and see if they are views that can be changed or if they are permanent…. Can do this anonymously… it’s a journey”
The implication here is that anyone not in favour of admitting trans identified men to a women’s single sex service must be “found” and “changed” …. Honestly the most sinister talk I’ve been at

I was kicked out when typed a question asking about who it was who was supposedly comfortable with fascists. Surprised if anyone was left.
I’m surprised they didn’t follow the non-wheesting women as a chanting mob.
Throwing out the people that ask awkward questions is stunning and brave.
Well, stunning, anyway. It seems to me like it’s an easy question to answer, right? Who were those goosestepping arm-in-arm with the fascists, then? You know, the ones who covered up your ears so you couldn’t listen to women?
Interesting that a the question says “Anonymous Attendee” yet they knew who to throw out.
In a country which is overwhelmingly white and where (as everywhere else) people are overwhelmingly heteronormative AND where (as everywhere else) rape is something that overwhelmingly happens to women and is committed by men.
I’m guessing that a lot of the people involved with rape crisis shelters are volunteers and that even the paid positions are not lucrative. I wonder if there might be broader cultural issues that might keep non-white and gay women from being involved, other than bias on the part of those running the rape crisis organisations?
Incredible, and almost unbelievable, were similar things not happening here in North America.
@ Rob #4 I think that the “heteronormative” claim is probably bogus, as I am sure that the rape crists movement includes many lesbians. They just use the heteronormative word because it supports their woke attacks on the status quo women who just don’t get it.
