Those who rail at Kathleen Stock have ensured more people want to hear her talk. Those who’ve already denounced “Gender Wars” – on C4 at 10 pm this evening – will boost its viewing figures. And since KS is a moderate & a brilliant speaker, she will peak the nation.

Just watched a preview of @Channel4’s Gender Wars doc that’s on tonight. Thought it was v fair & balanced – both sides got to put their points forward in a way that was humanising & sympathetic. No doubt why contributors from the “no debate” side disliked it so much. Recommend.

Channel 4's Gender Wars – tonight at 10 – is I think an outstandingly evenhanded documentary. But I also think the contrast between @Docstockk's resilience under extraordinary pressure, and the non-binary Cambridge lads saying they fear for their lives, says a lot. Watch it.

Well, having watched CH4 Gender Wars, we are confused why there were calls to cancel it. A balanced piece, one that those new to the discussion on Self ID /gender identity , can perhaps start to understand why sex matters.

Seems to be a lot of anger that attempts to silence others with unmerited claims of transphobia have attracted scrutiny and been found wanting.
