Not even all that subtle

To be “cis” is to be nothing.

YOU get a pretty colorful flag and YOU get one and YOU get one…but you dreary boring neutral straight people and “cis” people are just blanks.

Also, why the fuck do “asexual” people need a flag? Or for that matter a label? And why are they grouped with trans people and lesbians and the rest?

There’s no such thing as “LGBT+ History.”

Also, the rainbow flag is supposed to represent everybody, not just gays.

Well, apart from the asexuals. They apparently live dull, monochrome lives only occasionally enlivened by the pleasure of posting purple prose on the internet.

To make sense, the aces would have blank flags. Not white, not black, just….blank. A flagpole with nothing attached.

As usual with these things, there’s a category mistake here.

I miss the days when we just let our freak flag fly.

I skimmed through the entire “educational” package for 2023 from the link that he includes, and didn’t find any page with these flags.

Also, I found some Wrongthink there, such as the definition of Lesbian as “a woman who is attracted to women.”, as opposed to “a non-man in a relationship with a non-man”.

The page with flags is in the 2022 packet.
