This just in.
Transgender activist Sarah Jane Baker appeared in court today and was remanded in custody at a men's prison. Baker allegedly told a crowd at the Trans+ Pride rally in Westminster: 'If you see a TERF, punch them in the f****** face.' pic.twitter.com/scNSbTc57P

Jeez, do people just not know how to report on court matters? Sarah Jane Baker definitely said that, and it is alleged that this constitutes criminal incitement to violence.
That is one unhappy-looking pooch.
Holms: It stems from a very superficial understanding of libel law. Much like the myth that if you ask if someone’s a cop, and they deny it, they can’t arrest you for anything after that because it would be entrapment, there’s a common misconception among journos (particularly the sort of non-journalism-degree-bearing sort we have now) that liberal use of the words “in my opinion” and “allegedly” will miraculously protect you from any accusation of libel/slander/defamation.
