And so we arrive at full circle: contempt for and mockery of lesbians by The Most Oppressed of Them All.

I’m gobsmacked by that, I must say. The new contempt for lesbians just like the old contempt for lesbians. Don’t worry: just be sure to mock and dismiss women and you’ll always be on the right track.

    I’d like to see more of that comic, but if the rest is as bad as what I’ve seen so far it seems pretty vile. Like I could watch a random Michael Bay movie and come out the other end feeling less dirty than I would after reading that comic…

    To say that because someone has a particular body or body part they can’t be a woman or a lesbian is transphobic and none of your business

    Except that sex is defined at least in part on bodies. Do you have a body that is designed to carry a baby? Even if it never does, it is a woman’s body. Do you have a body designed to produce sperm, one with a penis to introduce that sperm into a woman’s body? Then you are a man, even if you prefer to call yourself a woman.

    That’s something we learned when we were young. Everyone could tell the difference between the ‘boys’ and the ‘girls’ in grade school, because, well, we are different. Now, they’re teaching kids they can’t tell the difference, and if they can, they’re bigots.
