Well, now, if you can’t or won’t define it, then why are you making policy and laws about it? How are you providing services to it if you don’t know (or refuse to say) what it is? Please explain.

Interesting to note the second portion of the woman’s response was sober and reasonable, yet she is evidently a staunch supporter of gender identity as a characteristic, and caters to that demographic.
