If he were a woman, he’d never be at risk of being arrested for being in a women’s space.
He’s a man who is promising not only to break the law (surely he’s heard about how that tactic worked out for the other bloke?), but to make false accusations against the police. It will be particularly amusing if he yells rape when he’s arrested by half a dozen female police officers, because the male ones are staying outside.
He’s a numpty. He’s not a woman and never will be.
I will accept no violation of my human rights as a woman.
Funny, you have been happy enough to force women to accept your violations of their human rights by violating female boundaries and spaces. Not being a woman, you don’t have any human rights “as a woman.” You are male. Nothing you say or do will ever change that. You are no more “not male” than you are “not primate,” or “not vertebrate.” At some point, statements like these will stop being taken as some kind of brave, principled stand, and instead be seen as obvious symptoms of delusion, and mental derangement.
As a male, you have no place in women’s spaces or facilities. That you were ever given any such access, or that you ever accepted, insisted upon, or just took unilateral action to gain such access, is an outrage, not any sort of proof or justification that you ever deserved, or were ever entitled to use of those spaces and facilities. You were receiving stolen goods, or stealing them directly yourself. Clearly you are going to continue doing so. At some point, statements like these will stop be taken as some kind of challenge to an illusory “injustice” and instead be seen as obvious threats to women.
And while announcing your determination to violate the law by continuing to invade female single-sex spaces might be a valuable, if inadvertent, public service that warns us of your criminal character and intent, it doesn’t really advance, or win sympathy for, your cause. It simply confirms and reinforces what women have been telling us about you, and other trans activists, all along. (Not that such confirmation and reinforcement is really needed. Still, a nice, current, freshly-baked batch of receipts to which women can refer never hurts their cause.) This one is an interesting mash-up of Lewis’s Law, (“The comments on any article about feminism justify feminism”), and willfull disregard of The First Law of Holes. Good job, “Sophie.” Keep digging.

I look forward to his imminent arrest for trespass with resisting arrest.
