At what point does that behaviour rise to the level of illegal harassment? That was an extended verbal attack. With the cops literally standing right there, as witnesses.
Even if it constitutes illegal harassment, if the Tr… Era has taught us anything, it’s that laws are only as good as the willingness of the appropriate authorities to enforce them. Otherwise laws are just letters on a page.
