Jolyon’s racket is taking a massive walloping for this.
Not “so complex that the court needs a few months to recover its breath” but “so sloppy that the court told us to deliver a decent version by November.”

I’m assuming that the UK has a Law Society or equivalent that can discipline lawyers for bringing the profession into disrepute? I know that repeatedly loosing cases doesn’t constitute grounds for that because rather than being a bad lawyer, he could just be taking on hopeless or very marginal cases that result in losses. As long as he’s not misleading his clients that’s ok. But lying about what a Court has said – that’s got to be getting pretty damn marginal? How does he raise funds to cover the cases he brings? What promises or claims are made to those funders?
