Without having the test
Well there is an easy solution…
Algerian boxer Imane Khelif appeals World Boxing ban over mandatory sex testing
Algeria‘s Olympic gold medallist Imane Khelif has appealed to sport‘s highest court against a World Boxing decision barring
herfrom upcoming events unlesssheundergoes genetic sex testing, Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) said on Monday.
Why? Why is he doing that? Why doesn’t he just take the test?
The appeal seeks to overturn the ruling and allow Algeria’s Khelif to compete at the 2025 World Boxing Championships without having the test, the Court of Arbitration for Sport said in a statement, adding that it had dismissed
herrequest to suspend the decision while the case is heard.
But why? Why go to all that trouble? Why not just take the test?
Because he would fail it.
Do he and his handlers not realize that we can all figure that out?
Also journalism needs to stop calling him “her”.

Too right. And there is no way to do justice to the women boxers, even if he is stripped of the medal. In things like track races, it’s possible to move everyone up a notch if a runner is disqualified, because it’s head to head timing. You know everyone’s rank. In a tournament style competition, you can’t do that, at least, not fairly, because the cheater has skewed the draw. There’s nothing to say that, had they not been eliminated early by the cheater, one or more of the boxers he eliminated wouldn’t have advanced all the way to the top of the competition. There’s no way to correct the injustice done to the entire draw.
Not to mention you can’t undo being punched in head with the force only a man can manage.
