Everything is nuts these days. This is even more nuts than most of the things that are nuts these days.
To clarify. This is an actual criminal record. I have a criminal record. And I was given it without being interviewed, informed, questioned, or charged; the CPS were not involved, and there was no magistrate, judge or jury. The Chief Constable just gave it to me because it is in his gift to do so. Because the Home Secretary says he can.
I think the former police officer, dismissed for gross misconduct, is the fragrant Alex Horwood aka Lynsay Watson.
