Let’s celebrate Christopher Hitchens (and the 4th of July, if you like) by watching his hard-eyed look at a putative saint.
“Give a man a reputation as an early riser and that man can sleep ’til noon.” What a great one line summation of the whole story.
Hm… I smell a reaction to a recently redone refrain ridiculously representing Hitchens as reflexively reacting against… faith.
Weird thing is I never really liked Hitchens, but his take down on Mother Theresa is pretty much why I respect him.
