The poor man, so oppressed by having all the money in the relationship.
So burdened by having the only independent income.
So shackled to society’s expectations that women must never earn enough to buy nice things for themselves.
So repressed by employers who will vastly more often hire and promote a male employee.
Good to see this attention to how the man is harmed by the patriarchy. I’m sure both genders represented in the advert will feel empowered.
