Last night Trump tweeted his deep concern and fellow feeling toward the people of Tehama County, California Sutherland Springs, Texas over that terrible mass shooting thing they had there wherever it was.
On Tuesday night, Trump posted this message:
Oh gosh, Don, that was ten days ago.
May God be w/ the people of Sutherland Springs, Texas. The FBI & law enforcement are on the scene. I am monitoring the situation from Japan.
At least he left off the part about monitoring from Japan.
1. We have too many mass shootings. ONE is too many. 2. That's no excuse for a POTUS confusing them. Carelessness is callousness. 3. Trump's done nothing to address root causes. His presence exacerbates the crisis.
He sent out a generic tweet. What more do you want him to do?

They happen too often to keep them straight, and it is perpetually too soon to discuss measures to prevent or mitigate them.
Still and all, give him a form tweet to fill in an address on, and he’ll still do so much less damage to grieving people with it. Same for calls to military widows and widowers.
