Trump is being his usual garrulous self-admiring random tedious self in North Carolina at an official event at a North Carolina community college. Also getting everything wrong.

Trump says Dan Bishop was supposed to have a close race in the special election in North Carolina's 9th District, but it turned out to be "boring" and he won by five or six points. He won by two points.

This is an "official" event. Trump is now mocking Democrats' Iowa problems at length, saying, "They can't count simple votes, but they want to fix your health care system." He also mocks Pete Buttigieg as a nobody.
