Billions of dollars for paramilitary costumes and gear. But when a widely announced riot, promoted by the president, heads for the Capitol Building….there’s a thin row of cops in shirtsleeves readily swept away by an armed mob. This is more like a March on Rome, with the black shirts effectively sponsored by the state they intend to overthrow.
