That said, it’s almost a tautology to say the claimant will be subjected to the laws everyone is subjected to; that doesn’t really give much to trans if they are saying GC views are protected. It sounds like the judge is rejecting the idea that merely disagreeing with someone’s delusion is hate speech.
The Claimant should have been *protected by* the prohibitions on discrimination and harrassment. She was always subject to, and in compliance with the prohibitions. With the trans cult’s false allegation of abuse strategy, their decieved audiences fail to identify the true aggressors (and transgressors).
