Maybe they have some software to generate these denunciations? You just fill in the name of the alleged transphobe and a few details about the event, and the rest writes itself. It shouldn’t even need an AI or anything fancy like that; with a few lines of Visual Basic, you word processor should be able to handle it just fine.
