I guess it’s all their godliness that keeps Europeans* from committing so much gun violence.
*And Japanese, and Australians, and so on….

A solid majority of the history of Christianity in this country has been to justify, no glorify violence. See the Godly, Conservative Christian Values of the Confederacy. Not saying slavery wouldn’t have happened without it…but it sure made a nice justification?
Heh, a “return to God”. Sure, as if the highly secular states like Sweden/Norway/etc. are hell holes of gun violence, while the highly religious/observant ones like Pakistan are idyllic lands of peace and tolerance, eh, MTG? (Just adding on to that which What a Maroon observed.)
I’m pretty sure I taught my son good moral values – and that MTG would not approve of the moral values I taught him, many of which he retains.
Whenever someone like MTG says “moral values”, it’s time to hide. Her idea of moral values are neither moral nor valuable.
Because of course gun toting people who believe in God don’t do horrific things, right? More guns + more God = mental health. Thank you MTG, psychologists everywhere are in your debt.
