It seems I missed new jokes from Jason Stanley during my exile from internet privilege.

When I taught at Michigan, my student evaluations complained about my supposed arrogance and sarcasm. At Yale my meticulously organized students complain about my disorganization (caused by my genius). At Rutgers, the students got me. I had the best evaluations ever.

Wesley Yang was explaining to me on Twitter that I was a stupid narcissistic cringe embarrassment, and that this wasn’t his opinion, but everyone’s. I lost track of time and suddenly realized I had to be on MSNBC in one minute in a panel with Kim Crenshaw. There is a moral here.
