Reduce those barriers! In fact actively encourage people to wreck their bodies for the sake of a mass delusion! What have you got to lose?
According to James Essexs the new WPATH has removed age barriers to puberty blockers, renews recommendations for breast binders and penis tuckers, and states that since issues that may be neurological in nature might not be resolved before a teen reaches adulthood, it is not necessary to provide any pyschological treatment prior to starting medical intervention.
