OK, Detenamo is a weight lifter displaced from the Olympics by ‘Laurel’ Hubbard. But who is Mathieu?

If you click through to the tweet and click on the image (took me some time to find this, too), you’ll see that Mathieu is the woman who came in 9th in the preliminaries, thus missing out the opportunity to swim in the finals. Also visible here at the bottom of the page:
