What always strikes me about these TRA/MRA protesters is the masking. Overwhelmingly they mask, and in this instance the only ones not masked are women. The men all mask. Serious lack of commitment to the cause. if their cause is so just why hide? It can’t be because the authorities will punish you, because the Scottish Government, Police and the University have demonstrated they are very much onside. Could it be because they know that most people are actually not on side with their tactics, even if they are nominally on side with ‘trans rights’?

Maybe these things move in cycles, like day followed by night followed by day, etc; enlightenment, endarkenment, enlightenment… Till someone changes the channel.

I read this book last year. Maybe it’s time for an update, although the most recent “inventions” are far from the creativity of the earlier ones.
