You cannot just take off your master and senior tutor hats when sending a message to the college. You remain in post. This implies a corporate view on sex and gender from the institution.
This messaging produces a hostile environment for gender critical staff and students. https://t.co/hjGkS1vAB5
How about if you take off your hats and sign the letter with your first names? Will that do it?

Maybe you have to throw in “folx” here and there…or call the students your “peeps”.

Or make references to “yt pipo”.

… We have worked hard and we will continue to strive to make Caius an inclusive, diverse and welcoming home for our students, staff and Fellows. We feel events such as this do not contribute to this aim.
This is clearly written as administrators — their work “to make Caius” welcoming “for our students, staff, and Fellows.” I could not imagine a Cambridge janitor or food service worker writing this “in their personal capacities.”

“inclusive, diverse, and welcoming” for a single, tiny social group. IOW,. NOT inclusive for women, NOT inclusive of gays and lesbians, NOT inclusive of anyone who knows that biology is real, NOT diverse, inasmuch as only one single minority point of view is allowed to be voiced, and absolutely NOT welcoming to anyone who doesn’t kowtow to gender ideology.
“Inclusive,” “diverse,” and “welcoming”: you people keep using those words. I do not think they mean what you think they mean. /Inigo Montoya
