Whether or not he has a GRC is an endlessly recursive question because if you ask why it’s transphobic then that question itself is transphobic. If you don’t know why something is transphobic, it’s because you are cisprivileged to not have to know. Of course you would need to be fired. Sacked. Canned. Perp-walked out of the office and down the street.
Wouldn’t it be easiest to exclude all women from the place in case one of them (or more than one) might prefer women-only spaces? Leaving all of them out seems like the best way to screen for transphobes. /s
