What a dumb question… of course a woman can have a penis! Not one she was born with, mind you, but I can think of a several ways by which a woman might procure one…
…ok, of course I do know what both sides are actually getting at, but this whole issue has just gotten so ludicrous I can’t help but try to find hilarity in it to counteract the despair :-/
