I’ve seen some funny memes built around that image, but that feels really like someone not at all down with the kids, but vaguely aware of those memes trying for relevance and breakthrough. Utter fail though.

The Daily Hate Mail has published a screenshot, as well as critical comments by several Labour women MPs: Diana Johnson, Rosie Duffield, Stella Creasy, Rupa Huq. Also former staffer Halima Khan, who blew the whistle several years ago on Labour’s toxic internal culture.

It is just over six weeks since Bridget Phillipson, Labour’s Shadow Education Secretary, promised to take on ‘online misogyny’ as part of a programme to tackle sexual harassment in schools.
What was that about ‘joined-up thinking?’*
