What passes for talent nowadays is the same as what passes for entertainment. Both exactly the opposite.

Apparently the role of women in science is to look decorative while the men get on with the real work.
Wu is still on the tactic of being The Rational TIM who is really really really on the side of women? Guess this being the year of the snake, that is fitting. This kind of oily “forced teaming” is a favorite technique of con artists and predators. Go away, Wu, you are not a woman, and you are no ally to women.
