I wonder what he imagines that “get GC people under oath challenged” can mean. Get them under oath how, where, by what authority, under what circumstances? Is he fantasizing mass arrests, mass incarceration, mass grillings by a heroic prosecutor? For what? On what grounds? Under which dictator?

First he would have to define ‘transphobia’; which would, of course, mean defining ‘trans’.
Good luck with that; nobody has yet come up with a non-circular, or even vaguely coherent, definition of any of the terms they use.
Meanwhile, we’ll be over here happily stating facts. We don’t need to be under oath to tell the truth. The other side can’t tell the truth even if they are under oath. They do and say anything they can get away with in order to avoid defining the words they use.
