What about those ‘people with a womb and ovaries’ who don’t actually have them anymore? They can still get gonorrhea. But they don’t matter, right? Because once a WOMAN loses her parts, she isn’t valuable in any way. Right?

Right, because gonorrhea can’t make her infertile; she’s already infertile. She’s not good for anything if she can’t have babies. Who cares what other health risks STDs pose to women?
