Sport should be a safe haven
Dude is angry that men can’t ruin women’s sports any more. Dude needs to find a better hobby.
“I’m a male footballer forcing my way onto a women’s team and I will keep doing it until they stop me.” “Fae” Fulconis, piggy man.

They really seem to believe that they have the right to be considered a type of woman rather than a type of man. They also seem to believe that this viewpoint is the natural default, simple and obvious to any outsider with a lick of sense and a grain of compassion. If they keep being represented as such, public support will continue.
No, no – and no.
A quick glance could lead one to assume the person in the photo is female. But the hands. Those hands.
And then the entitlement “I will keep playing until they drag me off the Pitch”.
Not going to happen. You will no longer be selected. You will no longer be on the pitch. You will be consigned to mediocre male teams from whence you first arose.
Wull then he’ll just run onto the pitch when no one is using it, and then they’ll have to drag him off.
Rev:
Only if the glancer is male, I believe. I’ve read all over the place the suggestion that men instinctively look for different things when assessing the likely sex of another person compared to what women see. Men are hoping for a potential mate; getting it wrong might lead to embarrassment. Women are on guard against a potential predator. We have a lot more invested in getting it right immediately; getting it wrong could be fatal.
At first glance, I didn’t even see the long hair. Many of the men in my family have, or have had in the past, equally long hair. I instantly saw a male outline and proportions. So here’s what I saw without even thinking about it consciously:
The torso is oblong, not hourglass-shaped; it’s also much longer as a proportion of height than a woman’s torso is, and the shoulders are wider than the hips. As a wheelchair user, in a big heavy electric wheelchair, I spend an inordinate amount of time stuck behind dawdling pedestrian groups. Whereas were I a pedestrian I’d be able to pass through without causing severe injury, I end up having to watch them from behind instead, and frequently find it amusing that the hips of the men and women are at very similar heights from the ground, even when the tops of the women’s heads are several inches below the tops of the men’s heads.
Yes, tigger, my views are informed by my sex. I understand what you are saying, and I empathise with women’s greater need to evaluate safety and I wish the world was a better place for women. And I guess that is why I am so supportive of women’s fights to keep the trans out of women’s spaces because, as you say, you must always be on guard for a predator and we all know that men are incredibly adept at appearing other than their real selves.
Oh, and just to add, in my 20s my hair was about twice that length.
