What an asshole.
A complete embarrassment.
It’s so depressing to know that millions of US citizens like this guy and the way he treats people.
They like the way he treats people, because they feel it gives them permission to treat people that way. These are not nice people. The bad thing is they are our neighbors.
@2 I think they also enjoy seeing someone like Zelenskyy treated so badly; they can say to themselves ‘well he’s not that great’, and don’t have to feel inadequate comparing themselves to him (not that we should or ought to – not many of us will be called to that kind of leadership and sacrifice – but there’s a kind of person who resents seeing someone who is genuinely doing good in the world as best he can and wants to see that person ‘taken down a peg’)
