It’s a good idea to be clear on that point, because if you’re not, you’ll get a lot of things wrong.
Damn fool confuses “no men are women” with “women are nothing but their reproductive systems”.

And, truthfully, you are your body. All those parts she mentions are, in fact, your body. You are simply your parts, whether reproductive or otherwise. All the things we build on that form our personality are all driven by our brain and our nervous system. We are our bodies, and a series of chemical reactions.
I don’t believe we are worth no more than that. I do not believe we are merely chemicals in the larger sense, but in fact, we are. Our dreams, our imaginations, our delusions, our love of self or others, is all part of us, but it is all part of our body.
You cannot escape being your body. It’s obvious many of them know they are their body, because if they didn’t, they wouldn’t work so hard to change it. No matter where you run, no matter where you hide, no matter how many surgeries you have, you cannot run from, nor hide from, your body, because your body is you.
Yes, maybe that’s reductive. I truly resent having to be reductive, but these fools are so determined to try to deny reality that it is essential that we continue to repeat reality ad nauseum.
As your body moves through the world, and you move with it (because you are it), you interact with other bodies driven by similar brains and similar nervous systems. You have a responsibility to those other bodies you meet, but that responsibility does not include participating in reality denial and delusion.

Women are reduced to their reproductive system All. The. Time.
For all the invented drama and deliberate confusion over what/who is a woman, the male bodies inhabited by consciousness know immediately which bodies (the female ones) to hate. Stated otherwise: men know what a woman is when it comes to rape. There’s no confusion, no hemming and hawing, no “it’s a spectrum,” when men select someone to rape.
That’s the most blatant instance that shows very well that everyone knows what a woman is, and that it’s the body that counts in determining sex.
