Speaking of real life impact

Union says what?

Speaking of impact in the work place, what impact would it have on women to have men who pretend to be women in their spaces on the job? With no right to say get out?

It’s not a bit “unworkable.” It worked fine for about a hundred years, until the brainless genderists came along, pretending that there’s no such thing as sex.

UNISON is in a good position to ask ordinary workers about any real-life impact of the updated guidance – good and bad. It’s such a shame that they can’t bring themselves to ask their members (70% of whom are women) what they really think in case they give the “wrong” answer.
