    Far as I can tell it is true that:

    The poster appeared in 2017.

    Andres Musta does use long and inconsistent acronyms.

    Andres Musta is a visual arts specialist teacher and artist (https://www.estonianartiststoronto.com/#/andresmusta/).

    The EFTO in Durham needs to update their site (all dates seems to be up to the 2017-2018 school year, not the current 2018-2019 year).

    Ah, interesting, thank you. Snopes says the acronym was somewhat jokey…but maybe that was a cover story invented after the mockery started pouring in.

    No, I don’t believe them. I believe they do, indeed, take these seriously, all of them, or affect to so completely as to be indistinguishable.
