   Um, the Americans LOST at Fort McHenry. Well, the bombardment was ineffective because the water was too shallow for the bomb-ships to get into range, hence the pointless slinging of rockets from small boats.

   Meanwhile, the landing force marched to Washington and burned the Capitol.
