This is what happens when the world is divided into a binary wherein the perfectly pure are set against everyone else, and one of the highest virtues is to publicly pillory the evil. The slightest deviation from the doctrines and dogma of the awakened indicates profane contamination, and there is no differentiation of degree. Mere uncertainty is morally equivalent to the universal abnegation of every sacred precept. The chosen are good. All others are indistinguishably evil.
(And then you add to the mix another piece: continual progress toward the extreme. Whenever the in-group’s fringe is purged, the doctrines and dogmas undergo a reanalysis such that another internal purge can begin. The only motivating urge is the excision of the cancerous parts within. Nothing is ever satisfactory and victory can never be declared, because there is no principled goal in mind. Those who were of the elect yesterday are today’s excommunicated exiles. Is this phenomenon sounding religious enough in form yet?)
I think to the hyper-narcissists, the rape crisis center’s true agenda isn’t helping survivors of rape and abuse. It’s being mean to transwomen. So this flyer isn’t a sincere attempt to find new helpers. It’s a recruitment tool to find more soldiers. Everything is actually about transwomen.
Whoever they think they’re punishing, it’s vulnerable women they’re actually punishing. I don’t believe they don’t realise this.
latsot, they realise it, but for as long as they insist that they are the most vulnerable of vulnerable women, and more importantly, until everybody else on Earth accepts their claims, they won’t admit that they realise it – either to themselves or to anybody else.
It’s just a game to them at this stage, and it’s a game they are determined to win however many real women are harmed along the way.
Those women are cis-scum. They have led the life of the privileged, having been born into the sex they feel like, and not having to suffer the anguish of feeing like they don’t belong. In addition, they have been treated like women their whole life, and being beaten and raped is part of being a woman, so they should be glad, honored, and proud to know someone recognizes them as women. /s
I have seriously heard people explain in total earnest that rape confirms a woman’s womanhood, which is why raping males is so much worse, because it denies them their manhood, invalidates their very identity. Once someone throws this argument at me, I do my best never to speak with them again. If they can believe this, what sort of person must they be?
I think they realize it and that’s why they do it. A chance to hate women openly and proudly and call it social justice! Yippee!! I guess deep down everybody hates women the most, including women.
How long before the trans go after the non-binaries? Granted the NBs need everyone else to be plain, ordinary, boring binaries in order for their rejection of binarism to have any meaning, but TRAs are all about the other side of the binary, clutching it like a life preserver and fighting to identify as a stereotypical member of their chosen gender box. I can’t imagine these contradictory and mutually exclusive approaches to “gender” co-existing peacefully for any extended period of time. While both seem to be narcissistic and self-centered, TRAs come across as more pushy and aggressive, so I would see them as being the more likely “purgers” rather than the “purgees” if and when push comes to shove in the next round of purification.
