There is a battle over strategy right now, according to a source close to WH. Trump is telling people he wants to take these lawsuits up until December when the electors certify. Many around Trump believe it's over. But Trump is digging in, I'm told.

Of course he is. What else would he do? It’s all about him, so what would be the point of conceding?

Just out of interest, who foots the bill for Trump team’s legal costs for all of these lawsuits?

Just joking. If there’s one area in which Trump believes in equality it’s stiffing people. He is very firmly an equal opportunities stiffer.
