Also many run ins with law enforcement and the court system. Mostly for shitty driving but still, this is a lot of unlawful stuff for a member of congress. >>

That’s ugly, but I wonder why she didn’t end it with “and everyone clapped.” I think this is one of those things that she either:
1. Wished it was something she said but didn’t think of it until after she got off the elevator.
2. Was a joke she wrote for this event.
Heh, yes, that occurred to me too. On the other hand what she lacks in wit she makes up for in eagerness to be rude and “politically incorrect.”
