Surrey crime wave
Harry Miller v College of Policing might as well not have happened.
.@SurreyPolice consider this a public order offence and wish to arrest the person who posted it.
Please retweet if you disagree this is a public order offence and that the police should have better things to do. pic.twitter.com/HusqNdoRRI

2022 will therefore be the year of injunctions and damages, over and over again until lessons are finally learned.

Or how does it fall within section 5? How is any of this ‘threatening or abusive’? pic.twitter.com/Sdh4e4Psfi

Who would have expected politically-left voices would experience a police crack-down against their expression of political? Who thought the orders to do so would come from the left??
“A person is guilty of an offense if he–”
Who is this “he”? How do they know? A “she” can’t commit this offense.
maddog, didn’t anyone tell you women aren’t people? Person = male. That’s from more than 2000 years of scholarship, so it can’t be wrong. Right?
maddog, that “he” stopped me in my tracks, too. All the accused has to do is state their gender identity to be “woman”, right? Not guilty your honour, on grounds of she / her pronouns. Finally, we find out why women are considered to be the oppressors – they are literally above the law. Or at least, grammatically outside of it.
The Surrey Police have committed the serious crime of misgendering and must thereby disband, since this is a crime for which there can be no forgiveness.
Amen.

latsot — that’s priceless! I keep seeing more stuff — like I only just noticed the rainbow magazines on the assault rifles. Should I recognize the guy peeking out of the window?
Peter,
Yes, mole’s attention to detail is my favourite thing about his work. The image was posted on Twitter and I don’t want to get mole into any more trouble with its new rules, but I believe the peeping man to be someone who seems to have a surprising aversion to people posting photographs of him, given how much he loves the limelight.
